INULA IS THE RESULT OF FOUNDER FILIPPO'S YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN VITICULTURE AT ORSI VIGNETO SAN VITO, WHERE HE DEVELOPED A STRONG PASSION FOR WINEMAKING. TOGETHER WITH GIULIA, THEY EMBARKED ON THEIR OWN WINEMAKING JOURNEY, TAKING OVER TWO OLD VINEYARDS AND GRADUALLY RESTORING THEM. WITH A FOCUS ON PIGNOLETTO (ALSO KNOWN AS GRECHETTO GENTILE), THEY CURRENTLY CULTIVATE ABOUT ONE HECTARE AND A HALF OF VINEYARDS, ALONG WITH A FEW RED VARIETIES SUCH AS CABERNET SAUVIGNON, MERLOT, AND BARBERA.
