IT ALL STARTED WHEN RORI, DRIVEN BY HIS PASSION FOR WINE, DECIDED TO BUY A PROPERTY IN CONTRADA CRASÀ, IN SOLICCHIATA. CINZIA, HIS WIFE, IS AN ARTIST AND SHE DESIGNS THE LABELS, WHICH REPRESENT A LAVA RIVER THAT FLOWS BETWEEN FEMALE SILHOUETTES, SYMBOLIZING MT. ETNA AS A GENEROUS WOMAN/MOTHER. SANDRA IS THEIR DAUGHTER. SRC IS NOW SPREAD OVER 5 DISTRICTS, WITH VINEYARDS RANGING BETWEEN 50 AND 100 YEARS OF AGE. FROM EACH DISTRICT COMES ONE OF THE WINES IN THEIR LINE-UP, GROUNDED IN CARE FOR THE NATURE AND TERROIRS THAT HAVE ALWAYS CHARACTERIZED THE ETNA TERRITORY.
