THE SECOND PROJECT FROM SALVATORE GIARDINA OF MASSERIA CASE ROSSE, RACINA REPUBLIC SEES SALVATORE UTILIZING SMALL ABANDONED PLOTS SCATTERED AROUND THE NORTH AND NORTHWESTERN SLOPES OF MOUNT ETNA. THIS PROJECT COINCIDED WITH THE TRANSITION TO SALVATORE’S NEW CANTINA AND ALLOWS HIM ROOM TO EXPERIMENT WHILE CONTINUING THE RICH TRADITION OF WINEMAKING ON THE VOLCANIC MOUNTAIN.
